Valhalla Football Boosters Inc.
Effective Date: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WOWarriorFootball.com and services provided by Valhalla Football Boosters Inc. (“Valhalla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including mobile concessions ordering, donations, fundraising, sponsorship and partner services, volunteer-related services, and other website features.
By using the website or purchasing, donating, sponsoring, registering, or otherwise using a service made available through it, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
1. About Valhalla Football Boosters Inc.
Valhalla Football Boosters Inc. is a Florida nonprofit booster organization that raises funds and provides support for the benefit of the West Orange High School Football program.
Valhalla is an independent organization.
Valhalla is not:
- Orange County Public Schools (“OCPS”);
- West Orange High School;
- an agency or department of OCPS;
- an agent of West Orange High School; or
- a governmental entity.
Valhalla is registered with OCPS as a booster club and is authorized and insured to conduct approved activities on school grounds subject to applicable OCPS and school requirements.
2. Eligibility
Transactional, donation, sponsorship, partner, and volunteer services offered through this website are intended for adults.
You must be legally capable of entering into the applicable transaction or agreement.
3. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes related to Valhalla's activities and services.
You may not:
- interfere with operation or security of the site;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- submit fraudulent orders, transactions, or information;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use automated systems to abuse ordering or account functionality;
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content; or
- use the site in a manner that violates applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, volunteers, the organization, or its systems.
4. Mobile Concessions Ordering
WOWarriorFootball.com/mobileorder may allow customers to purchase concession items for pickup at the designated Mobile Pickup area.
Pickup Only
Mobile concession orders are for in-person pickup only.
There is no delivery service.
Availability
Menu items, prices, flavors, quantities, and availability may change without notice.
An item displayed on the website may become unavailable before fulfillment. If we cannot reasonably fulfill a paid item, we may provide a reasonable substitute with the customer's consent or issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and selections before submitting payment.
Flavor, size, quantity, and similar selections shown in the final order are treated as the customer's requested selections.
Pickup
Customers are responsible for retrieving their order from the designated Mobile Pickup location.
The order number and/or pickup code displayed after purchase may be used to match a customer with a prepared order.
No scanning, signature, or delivery service is promised.
5. Concession Refunds and Unclaimed Orders
A concession order may not be refunded once preparation has begun.
Failure to pick up a completed order does not create a right to a refund.
A cancellation or refund request received before preparation begins may be considered based on the circumstances and operational ability to stop the order.
If Valhalla cannot fulfill a paid order because of an error, outage, product unavailability, event closure, or similar issue, Valhalla may issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
6. Payments and Square
Valhalla uses Square as its payment processor.
Payment-card and financial credentials are submitted directly to Square and are not collected or stored by Valhalla.
Your use of Square's payment services may also be subject to Square's own terms, policies, wallet requirements, and payment rules.
A transaction is not complete merely because a checkout screen was displayed. Payment must be successfully authorized or confirmed through the applicable payment process.
We may cancel or decline a transaction when payment cannot be verified or when we reasonably suspect error, fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
7. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Other Wallets
Where made available through Square, customers may be able to use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods.
Availability depends on the customer's device, browser, wallet configuration, Square, payment networks, and other third-party systems.
Valhalla does not control whether a specific third-party wallet is available for a particular transaction.
8. SMS Order Notifications
Customers placing mobile concession orders may optionally choose to receive transactional SMS order updates.
SMS consent must be provided separately and is not a condition of purchase.
The messaging program may include:
- an order confirmation; and
- a notification that an order is ready for pickup.
The expected frequency is generally up to two SMS messages per order, although additional service-related messages may be necessary in unusual circumstances such as correcting an order-status error.
The concession SMS program is not used for unrelated marketing or promotional messaging.
Standard message and data rates charged by your carrier may apply.
You may:
- reply STOP to opt out; and
- reply HELP for assistance.

Our handling of SMS information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Donations
Valhalla may accept charitable donations through the website or related payment services.
Unless required by law or necessary to correct a processing error or duplicate charge, donations are non-refundable.
A donor is responsible for confirming the intended amount before submitting a donation.
Any statement regarding tax deductibility is subject to applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances. Donors should consult their own tax adviser regarding deductibility.
10. Sponsorships and Partnerships
Valhalla offers sponsorship and partnership opportunities to businesses and organizations.
Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable once accepted.
Specific sponsorship benefits, placement, duration, pricing, deliverables, advertising rights, or other terms may be governed by a separate written sponsorship agreement.
If a signed sponsorship agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the sponsorship, the signed sponsorship agreement controls.
Sponsor Content
Sponsors may provide business names, logos, artwork, photographs, advertisements, website links, social-media information, offers, discount codes, or other promotional material.
By providing sponsor content for publication, the sponsor represents that it has the authority to provide and authorize use of that content.
Any broader or more specific permission granted in a signed sponsorship agreement remains in effect according to that agreement.
Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual-property rights associated with materials they submit.
Valhalla may decline or remove sponsor content that is unlawful, misleading, technically unsafe, inappropriate for a school-related environment, inconsistent with contractual requirements, or reasonably likely to harm the organization or school community.
11. Sponsor Manager Accounts
Eligible sponsors may receive access to self-service sponsor-management tools.
Sponsors are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information;
- safeguarding account credentials;
- limiting access to authorized personnel;
- promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access; and
- ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable agreements and law.
Valhalla may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, expiration of a sponsorship, misuse, or violation of an applicable agreement.
12. Volunteers and School-Ground Activities
Volunteer participation may be subject to separate OCPS, school, event, and Valhalla requirements.
Individuals volunteering with Valhalla on school grounds must satisfy applicable OCPS requirements, including prior approval through the OCPS ADDitions volunteer process where required.
Volunteers must comply with applicable school check-in procedures, including checking in with the appropriate front office or designated school process before being present on school grounds in a volunteer capacity.
Approval to volunteer is determined under applicable OCPS requirements and is not guaranteed merely because an individual contacts or registers with Valhalla.
Valhalla may impose additional reasonable operational, safety, scheduling, training, or conduct requirements for volunteer activities.
13. Event Changes, Weather, and Operational Conditions
Football games, concessions operations, fundraising activities, sponsor activations, volunteer activities, and other events may be affected by:
- weather;
- school or OCPS decisions;
- game schedule changes;
- safety conditions;
- facility restrictions;
- product availability;
- equipment or network failures;
- governmental requirements; or
- circumstances outside Valhalla's reasonable control.
We may modify, delay, relocate, limit, or cancel activities when reasonably necessary.
14. Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, layout, graphics, software, and other Valhalla-created content are owned by or licensed to Valhalla and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party trademarks, school marks, sponsor logos, photographs, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property.
15. Photographs, Rosters, and Football Information
The website may contain photographs, schedules, rosters, scores, statistics, news, or other information related to West Orange High School Football.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but schedules, rosters, statistics, prices, event details, and other information may change.
The website should not be treated as the official source for OCPS policy, academic information, emergency instructions, or other school-district matters unless expressly identified as such.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to Square, sponsor websites, social-media platforms, school resources, or other third-party services.
Valhalla does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, content, or separate contractual terms.
Use of third-party services is at the user's discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
17. Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to the Valhalla Football Boosters Inc. Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes our limited collection practices, use of Square for payment processing, SMS privacy practices, cookies, temporary web-server logs, and other information-handling practices.
18. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
We try to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee that the website, mobile ordering, SMS notifications, sponsor tools, payment links, or any other online service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Maintenance, cellular congestion, internet outages, payment-provider outages, event conditions, and other factors may temporarily affect service.
19. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Valhalla does not make guarantees about uninterrupted access, third-party payment systems, wireless-message delivery, third-party websites, or information that changes outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valhalla Football Boosters Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or an interruption of an online service.
For claims directly arising from a paid website transaction, Valhalla's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid to Valhalla for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user or sponsor who knowingly violates these Terms, infringes another person's rights, submits unlawful content, or uses the service fraudulently agrees to be responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from that conduct.
This provision does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
22. Changes to Services or Terms
We may change website functionality, menu offerings, sponsor tools, pricing, operational procedures, or these Terms as our nonprofit activities evolve.
Material updates to these Terms will be posted on WOWarriorFootball.com with a revised effective date.
The Terms in effect at the time of a completed transaction will generally govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement.
23. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another venue.
There is no mandatory arbitration provision in these Terms.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable separate written agreement, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the website and related services.
For sponsorships or other matters governed by a separately signed agreement, that signed agreement controls to the extent of a direct conflict.
